About the Role:

Eastvantage is looking for a Creative Specialist to support brand managers improvise the brand presence with graphics images or videos. S/he will be responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing multimedia content - especially videoto drive brand growth and engagement across Amazons digital platforms. The Creative Specialist role blends creative vision, technical video production skills, and a deep understanding of Amazons marketplace and branding requirements. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, video production, and digital marketing within the Amazon ecosystem.

Our client is a leading growth partner for consumer brands selling on marketplaces. It consolidates leading marketplace service providers across continents, categories, functionalities, and client service models. With a full suite of services, including Brand Protection, Account Management, Logistics & Operations, Advertising, and Creative, they support some of the most recognized brands in the world in accelerating their marketplace presence.

Responsibilities:

As the Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute creative video content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences on Amazon and related digital channels
  • Produce compelling and engaging multimedia content, including product videos, brand stories, graphics, and written copy, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all platforms
  • Lead or collaborate in brainstorming sessions, guiding projects from concept through execution while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence
  • Manage all phases of video production: pre-production (concept, scripting, storyboarding), production (filming, directing), and post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound design)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including marketing, design, and account management - to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates) to optimize creative strategies and drive measurable results
  • Stay current with digital trends, Amazon creative best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve content effectiveness
  • Oversee digital content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a brand ambassador and creative consultant throughout project lifecycles
  • Ensure all creative output meets Amazons quality standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and complies with platform requirements.

Sample Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Storyboarding and scripting new video concepts for Amazon product listings or brand stores.
  • Filming and editing product demonstration videos, testimonials, and brand narratives.
  • Collaborating with marketing and account teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
  • Reviewing analytics to refine video strategies and improve engagement rates.
  • Managing digital asset delivery and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s technical specs and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative studio or agency, with a focus on video production and digital content creation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and design excellence, including innovative video and multimedia campaigns
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with all phases of video production: pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines
  • Strong storytelling, visual communication, and conceptualization skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities, with experience engaging both internal teams and external clients
  • Familiarity with Amazon’s creative requirements, asset management systems, and best practices for content optimization on the platform
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt creative direction in response to feedback and evolving project goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within or for Amazon agencies or e-commerce brands
  • Knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace, advertising, and content guidelines
  • Familiarity with creative asset management and digital workflow systems
  • Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing

Non-technical requirements:

  • You have experience working on client-facing roles.
  • You are available to work from our Bangalore office from Day 1 in a

    night shift
