Description
As a Creative Producer for KUKU FM and KUKU TV, you will be responsible for leading the creation of fiction content in Kannada across both audio and video mediums. Your passion for Kannada storytelling and ability to collaborate effectively will be key in shaping engaging content that meets platform and audience expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Ideate, script, and oversee production of long-form Kannada fiction audio shows. - Develop compelling micro-drama narratives tailored for Kuku TV. - Build a pool of original story ideas to encourage binge-worthy consumption. - Conduct QA for Kannada scripts to ensure linguistic quality, tone consistency, and narrative strength. - Perform video quality checks for micro dramas and dubbed content to meet platform standards. - Coordinate dubbing sessions for fiction and drama content, ensuring voice performance quality and sync. - Work closely with acquisition and operations teams for timely content delivery. - Collaborate with creative team to enhance narrative structure and visual storytelling elements. - Partner with production houses, Dubbing Studios, external writers, voice artists, editors, and translators to maintain creative standards. Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as a Writer, Creative Producer, or Director developing fiction content, preferably in audio or video formats. - Strong understanding of Kannada language, literature, and pop culture. - Experience in script editing, dubbing coordination, and quality checks for audio and video content. - Prior experience in micro drama, TV, or OTT platforms is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for innovation in storytelling and audience engagement. In this role, your skills in video content creation, quality assurance, narrative development, audio content creation, scriptwriting, storytelling, dubbing coordination, and communication will be essential to drive the creative production of engaging fiction content in Kannada.,
