Description
You will be a Creative Producer responsible for leading fiction content creation across KUKU FM and KUKU TV, with a focus on Kannada storytelling. Your role will involve ideating, scripting, and overseeing the production of long-form Kannada fiction audio shows, as well as developing compelling micro-drama narratives tailored for Kuku TV. Your ability to continuously generate original story ideas to drive binge-worthy consumption will be crucial in this role. As a key member of the team, you will conduct quality assurance for Kannada scripts to ensure linguistic quality, consistency in tone, and narrative strength. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing video quality checks for micro dramas and dubbed content to ensure alignment with platform standards. Coordinating dubbing sessions for fiction and drama content, overseeing voice performance quality, and sync for both audio shows and dubbed video content will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with acquisition and operations teams to ensure timely content delivery. Your partnership with the creative team will focus on enhancing narrative structure and visual storytelling elements. Building relationships with production houses, dubbing studios, external writers, voice artists, editors, and translators will be necessary to maintain high creative standards. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Writer, Creative Producer, or Director, where you have developed fiction content, preferably in audio or video formats. A strong understanding of Kannada language, literature, and pop culture is essential, along with experience in script editing, dubbing coordination, and quality checks for both audio and video content. Prior exposure to micro drama, TV, or OTT platforms is highly desirable. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be critical in collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, and your passion for innovation in storytelling and audience engagement will drive your success in this role.
