Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Hyderabad with partial remote work flexibility, involves managing and producing engaging, high-quality content for social media and other platforms. As a Creative Producer and Social Media Manager, you will oversee video production, content creation, and photography projects. You will design, implement, and monitor social media strategies, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely project completion. The role also includes driving audience engagement and analyzing campaign performance to align with company goals.

What you'll handle:

• Running our social media (Instagram + LinkedIn)
• Designing posts, carousels, posters (Canva/Adobe)
• Shooting videos & photos (must be comfortable with camera gear)
• Editing reels & short-form videos ( Adobe Suite )
• Creating ideas, scripts, and concepts for content
• Posting, scheduling, basic analytics

• Someone who enjoys storytelling + visuals
• Comfortable with cameras & editing tools
• Quick executor, not someone who waits for instructions
• Has basic knowledge of branding + social media trends

Nice to have (bonus points):

• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience handling studio lighting/shooting setups
• Understanding of startup and youth culture

Work Setup:

• Full-time role
• 6 days/week

• 34 days in-office

  (Dilshuknagar)
• Rest remote

Compensation:

• ?25,000/month

  (negotiable based on skill)
• If you're genuinely good, ? can move towards

  ESOP-style compensation
