Creative Intern Game Development (Fresher) - Non Tech

As a Creative Intern at Dumpum, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder on brainstorming and ideating new physical games for children aged 4-12. Your role will involve creating story-driven game narratives, designing engaging game formats, and collaborating on game playtesting and iteration based on feedback. Additionally, you will assist in the development of game documentation, packaging concepts, and visual storytelling. Researching trends in educational toys, Indian mythology, parenting, and child behavior will also be a part of your responsibilities. We are looking for a highly creative individual with a passion for games, storytelling, and toys. An interest in working on products for children, particularly in the 4-12 age group, is essential. The ideal candidate is a curious learner who can think from both a child's and a parent's perspective. Proficiency in pen & paper prototyping or digital tools such as Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Indian mythology, childhood psychology, design thinking, or teaching would be a bonus.
