Creative Head - Events

As a Creative Lead at Maximus Events, you will play a crucial role in our Design & Creative team, bringing event briefs to life through captivating stage setups, exhibition spaces, thematic installations, and branding collaterals. Collaborating closely with client servicing, strategy, and production teams, you will ensure that events are visually stunning both on screen and on-ground. Your responsibilities will include designing 3D event setups such as stage layouts, exhibition booths, brand zones, and kiosks based on client briefs. You will ideate and conceptualize larger-than-life events, create high-quality 2D artworks for event branding, and work with the creative director and client servicing team to translate briefs into creative visuals and mockups. Additionally, you will deliver realistic 3D renders that align with event themes, brand guidelines, and production feasibility. To excel in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience in 2D and 3D design roles within the event, exhibition, or creative industry. A strong portfolio showcasing your event designs, spatial layouts, brand zones, and render visuals is essential. Proficiency in tools such as 3DS Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and V-Ray is required. You should also possess a good understanding of spatial planning, event branding, and structural feasibility. The ability to multitask, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and adapt swiftly to client feedback or last-minute changes is crucial. Attention to detail, strong color theory, typography skills, and a keen eye for composition are qualities that will set you apart in this role. Ideally, you should hold a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related creative field. Familiarity with stage lighting, digital LED layouts, and large-format print specifications, as well as exposure to MICE events, brand activations, and large-format experiences, would be advantageous.
