Creative Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, excellent design skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life across various digital and print media. You will collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to produce visually compelling and brand-consistent designs that engage and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and layouts for digital and print media (social media posts, websites, brochures, banners, packaging, etc.)
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Design logos, icons, illustrations, and other visual content as required
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to create campaign visuals, promotional material, and branded content
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery
• Ensure consistency of visual identity and design standards across all platforms
• Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, websites, print)
• Prepare and deliver final design files for development, printing, or publishing

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and design capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other relevant design tools is a plus
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a creative or design role (agency or in-house)
• Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, or front-end design is advantageous

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
