Job Title: Sales Executive – Technical Services (Electrical, HVAC, Water & Engineering) Location: [Airoli, Navi Mumbai] Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Business Head Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our portfolio of services including Electrical Safety & Energy Audits , Electrical and AC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) , Water Treatment Solutions (RO, STP, WTP, etc.) , and other Engineering Services . The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, visits, online research, and networking. Sales & Client Acquisition: Promote and explain services such as Electrical Audits, AC and Electrical AMC, and Water Treatment services. Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and propose customized solutions. Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals and quotations. Negotiation & Closure: Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms and pricing, and close sales effectively. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships post-sale for repeat business and upselling. Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets. Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of at least one of the domains: Electrical systems, HVAC systems, or Water Treatment processes. Good understanding of Electrical Audits (safety, energy), AMCs, and compliance-related services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical services to non-technical customers. Self-driven, target-oriented, and team player. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Environmental Engineering preferred. 2–5 years of sales experience in technical or engineering services. Experience in selling to industries, corporates, builders, hospitals, hotels, or institutions is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentive Scheme Travel Allowance / Reimbursement as per company policy Working Conditions: Field-oriented role; willingness to travel within the region. Occasional outstation travel depending on project and client requirements.
