Creative Director - wedding photography & videography

As the Creative Director for Golden Vows Photography, a premium wedding photography and videography company in Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in leading our creative team to capture timeless moments through elegant and cinematic storytelling. With over 5 years of experience in photography/videography, including at least 2 years in a leadership or creative position, you will drive the artistic direction of all projects to ensure they meet our brand's high standards. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize wedding shoots in collaboration with clients, leading a team of photographers, cinematographers, editors, and stylists to bring these visions to life. You will oversee all aspects of project planning, from styling and location scouting to shot-list creation, ensuring visual consistency, color grading, and storytelling quality throughout the process. In this role, you will be expected to push creative boundaries, staying abreast of trends in wedding photography, cinematography, and editing to maintain our unique and premium brand identity. Your excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills will be essential in collaborating with marketing and social media teams for brand campaigns and portfolio highlights. To excel in this position, you must have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in wedding photography/videography, along with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop. A deep understanding of cinematography techniques, lighting, and storytelling, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines, will set you apart as a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
