Creative Director Digital Product Design

Role Overview: As a Creative Director at Algoworks in the Experience Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading visual design across digital product initiatives. This hands-on role requires expertise in user interface design, UX refinement, design systems, and motion design. Your main tasks will include mentoring UI designers, ensuring high-quality visual execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and elegant product experiences for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Establish the visual direction for product design projects on various platforms such as web, mobile, and enterprise. - Manage and mentor a team of UI designers, providing art direction, feedback, and growth support. - Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure pixel-perfect and user-centered designs. - Translate UX flows and wireframes into high-fidelity, system-aligned interfaces. - Ensure adherence to design systems and update them as necessary, including tokens, components, and motion specs. - Create design documentation and deliverables to streamline development handoff and reduce ambiguity. - Advocate for design quality across teams, focusing on visual consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness. Qualifications Required: - 10 years of digital product design experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a design leadership or art direction role. - Proven ability to lead visual aspects of digital product work from concept to production-ready designs. - Proficiency in UI design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and motion. - Strong understanding of UX and interaction design principles, capable of thinking through flows and visuals. - Expertise in Figma and familiarity with tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer for motion design. - Experience working in agile product teams and delivering work with fidelity. - Excellent English communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and inspire confidence among team members and clients.,
