Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at Wildpunch Design, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from developing social media posts and brand identities to designing websites and print materials that captivate audiences. Your knack for crafting visually appealing designs and your passion for creativity will be valued in our collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for branding, campaigns, social media, print ads, and digital assets. - Translate brand objectives into clear, visually powerful design solutions. - Collaborate with the creative and accounts team to brainstorm ideas and present design strategies. - Develop layouts for brochures, logos, packaging, outdoor media, and digital ads. - Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably in an advertising agency or boutique studio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or After Effects is a plus). - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various formats and industries. - Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Good communication and presentation skills.
