Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at our company, you will be responsible for developing innovative and trend-focused EVA footwear designs. Your primary tasks will include creating detailed design sketches and renderings utilizing software such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator. Collaboration with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams is essential to successfully execute samples. To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of materials, quality standards, and pattern making specific to EVA-based footwear. It is crucial to ensure that your designs not only meet cost and functionality requirements but also align with aesthetic expectations. Staying updated on market trends and competitor products will be key to inspiring creative concepts. Proficiency in design software like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator is a must, along with a basic understanding of quality control, EVA materials, and pattern making. A strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and current footwear trends will set you apart in this role. Your ability to translate creative ideas into practical, market-ready designs is critical. Detail-oriented with excellent time management and teamwork skills are also essential qualities we are looking for in our Creative Designer.
