Creative Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-performing ads for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Your role will involve translating brand identities into engaging content, designing sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials. You will collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design compelling ads, images, gifs, and videos for social media platforms in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance. - Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines. - Generate innovative design concepts and ideas through brainstorming sessions. - Provide creative direction to junior designers or external contractors when required. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and design tools to enhance skills continuously. - Deliver high-quality collateral within specified deadlines. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media ads and digital marketing assets. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software. - Ability to analyze data to optimize ad performance and achieve high click-through rates. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for innovation and commitment to delivering quality design solutions. - Previous experience in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team is preferred. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
