Creative Designer

As a talented candidate at EvinceDev (Evince Development) in Ahmedabad, India, you will be responsible for various design tasks to create impactful marketing collateral and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing marketing collateral such as graphics, illustrations, social media creatives, web banners, brochures, and infographics. - Developing print-ready designs with a strong understanding of file formats, bleed, and color spaces. - Planning, editing, and producing promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, product demos, and other short-form video content. - Incorporating motion graphics and basic animation to enhance video assets. - Contributing to user-centric web and mobile UI/UX designs starting from wireframes and prototypes. - Designing high-fidelity app/web screens and mockups using design systems. - Supporting seamless design handoff to developers, ensuring technical feasibility and brand consistency. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of proven experience in a similar versatile design role (agency, startup, or freelance). - Expert proficiency in UI/UX Design using Figma, Graphic Design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Video & Motion using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Strong command of design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout principles. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. - An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong work across social media, UI/UX, and video production. - Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of current design and digital trends. - Strong verbal and visual storytelling skills across static and moving mediums. Good to have skills include experience with branding and identity design, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with 2D/3D animation or photography.
