Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You will play a key role in enhancing our visual communication by designing social media graphics, blog images, video editing and making basic design updates across various platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and brand-consistent social media posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. 

• Create eye-catching feature images and infographics for blog articles and newsletters. 

• Support in editing and updating existing creatives, such as banners, presentations, brochures, and ads. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and contribute visual ideas. 

• Maintain and organize design assets and brand resources. 

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards. 

• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices. 

Requirements

• A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools. 

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats. 

• A keen eye for detail, layout, and typography. 

• Ability to handle feedback positively and revise designs as needed. 

• Strong time management and organizational skills. 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools. 

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (like After Effects or Premiere Pro). 

• Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
