Job Title: Creative Content Writer

Location: 9th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Reports To: Executive - Head Communications

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and imaginative content professional with expertise in storytelling, branding and campaign strategy. This role goes beyond content writing — it requires a brand custodian who can craft narratives, build emotional connections and create meaningful experiences across multiple platforms

Key Responsibilities:

 Brand Storytelling & Strategy

 Shape and articulate the brand’s voice, identity, and positioning through impactful narratives.

 Develop content strategies that reinforce brand values and enhance visibility across platforms.

 Translate organisational objectives into engaging communication campaigns that build long-term resonance.

 Creative Development

 Conceptualise and craft high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for diverse platforms.

 Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, brand aligned creative assets.

 Generate fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns, promotional material, and engagement initiatives.

 Campaign & Content Execution

 Develop and implement content marketing strategies that support brand campaigns and organisational objectives.

 Align content plans with broader campaign goals to ensure consistency, impact, and resonance.

 Create audience-specific content tailored for digital, print, and experiential channels, ensuring it complements brand-led initiatives.

 Support campaign effectiveness through content that drives awareness, engagement, and long-term brand affinity

 Analytics & Optimisation

 Monitor content performance through KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and SEO.

 Use insights to refine strategies, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.

 Collaboration & Influence

 Work closely with senior leadership, academics, and marketing teams to align brand communication.

 Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners where required.

 Act as a brand ambassador in maintaining tone, style, and storytelling standards across outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in brand-oriented content creation, marketing, or communications.

 Strong expertise in strategic storytelling, branding, and campaign conceptualisation.

 Excellent writing, editing, and creative ideation skills, with the ability to adapt tone for varied audiences.

 Sound understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and content distribution channels.

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in managing brand campaigns or content strategies for established organisations.

 Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and creative software.

 Exposure to working with cross-functional teams in education, corporate, or service sectors.

 Ability to create multi-format content (blogs, campaigns, scripts, thought leadership, video briefs).
