Job Summary

We are seeking a highly imaginative and skilled Creative Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in developing engaging and brand-aligned content across various digital platforms. This role demands a strong storyteller with expertise in creating compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with our target audience, driving brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales for Cafe Desire products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize, develop, and produce engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
2. Write clear, concise, and captivating copy that aligns with Cafe Desire's brand voice and marketing objectives.
3. Create visually appealing graphics, images, and short-form videos for digital platforms using relevant design tools.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and target audience insights.
5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
6. Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistent posting across all platforms.
7. Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
8. Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
9. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
10. Stay updated with the latest content creation tools, platforms, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-6 years of proven experience as a Creative Content Creator or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, ad copy, graphics).
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
5. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
6. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and content distribution strategies.
7. Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and visually appealing content.
8. Creative thinking with a proactive approach to generating new content ideas.
9. Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Experience with SEO best practices for content creation is a plus.
