Creative Assistant

You should have 3-5 years of experience in Creative Design, AI Generations, Image Re-touching, and Basic Video Editing to apply for the position at Nitin Tandon Studios. Nitin Tandon Studios is a media production house specializing in table-top still photography, videos, and generative AI art. Led by Nitin Tandon, one of India's Top 50 Masterchefs, the team focuses on creating visually stunning food and product imagery for advertising, branding, and digital content. As a full-time Creative Assistant, you will be responsible for leading image generation of videos & images, creating digital advertising campaigns for food photography, and working with tools like Photoshop and AI platforms such as Midjourney. Basic video editing skills are a plus. Your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing visually captivating food & product images, developing AI-generated visuals, guiding photo & video shoots, and image re-touching. You will collaborate closely with photographers, food stylists, and retouchers to bring creative ideas to life and develop branding concepts, ad campaigns, and creative strategies for clients. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a passion for food styling & visual storytelling, an experienced Creative executive with expertise in food, product, or advertising visuals, and a hands-on leader who can supervise and inspire creative teams. This on-site role is based in Mumbai and requires candidates to work in the studio. You must have experience working on Ai generation of images & videos, 4-5 years of experience as an Art Director / Creative Lead in advertising, design, or production, strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-based image generation tools, and the ability to create high-impact pitch decks and client presentations.
