As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Concept Design capability, aiming to build a team of talented creatives who will shape the future of retail through innovative and strategic design solutions. We are currently seeking a Concept Design Visualiser with energy and a desire to learn. In this role, you will support the design team by visualising permanent retail displays, turning ideas into visuals that captivate and engage viewers. You will have the opportunity to create impactful, brand-led display experiences for global names in beauty, lifestyle, and FMCG, while learning from a talented team of designers and engineers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visualise and develop creative concepts for permanent retail displays and fixtures. - Produce 3D visuals that vividly bring concepts to life. - Collaborate closely with senior designers, client engagement, and engineers to translate ideas into real-world solutions. - Assist the design team in clearly and confidently communicating design intent. - Support the creation of sell-in documents and catalogues. - Adapt to feedback and evolving project needs while supporting creative tasks. **Qualifications Required:** - A degree in Product, Industrial, Furniture, or 3D Design (or related discipline). - A portfolio demonstrating your creative process from sketch to finished concept. - Hands-on experience or coursework related to permanent POS or retail display design. - Proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably Cinema 4D) and Adobe Creative Suite. - An eye for form and function through visuals. - Excellent attention to detail and visual skills. - Strong communication skills to understand briefs, explain ideas clearly, and welcome feedback.
