Summary:

This is a critical role for the Creative team. You will support defining the future of our creative culture and leadership as the firm continues to expand its global footprint and multi-national platform. Serving the Go To Market function, our award-winning Creative team launches multi-channel campaigns that grow our business and creatively differentiate us from our category. We are a team of fast-moving strategists, designers, writers as well as video and motion designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing visionary creative leadership across our team's output, design, video, UX, events and emerging creative formats.
  • Inspiring and mentoring a diverse creative team, fostering their growth and helping them do the best work of their careers.
  • Championing groundbreaking creative ideas from ideation through flawless execution across our global platform.
  • Support refining creative processes that empower autonomy and lead to truly differentiated, award-winning work (not just box-checking).
  • Serving as a tastemaker and vibe-setter for the team's creative product, always pushing for fresh perspectives and challenging the status quo.
  • Building our unique culture by empowering creative teams and fostering a highly collaborative and independent environment.

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead integrated creative campaigns across digital, print and motion platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Strong portfolio reflecting creative leadership, design innovation, and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; adept at articulating design rationale and collaborating across functions and geographies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional setup is highly desirable.

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 10 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house design team, with a minimum 3 years of art direction or a creative lead role.
