As a Creative AI & Video Production Specialist at Metaphor Videos, your role involves combining the power of AI tools with creative thinking to design and deliver high-quality visuals, animations, and videos. You will be responsible for AI content creation, video editing & post-production, creative development, research & optimization, and more. This long-term, on-site role offers opportunities to learn, experiment, and grow within a creative production environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate AI-based images and videos including 2D & 3D animation. - Write accurate and optimized prompts for AI tools. - Edit AI-generated content and live-action videos into polished outputs. - Perform voice synchronization and integrate AI-generated voiceovers. - Refine and adapt scripts using AI tools. - Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts during project planning. - Explore and test new AI platforms for animation, video, and voice applications. - Identify cost-effective tools for different projects. - Continuously optimize workflow for better efficiency and output quality. **Key Skills Required:** - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc. - Knowledge of AI-based design and video platforms like Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, etc. - Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and creative expression. - Excellent communication skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under deadlines. - Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Graduation in any discipline. - Preferred: Diploma/Degree/Masters in Video Production, Animation (2D/3D), Multimedia & Visual Communication, Film & Video Editing, Media Arts, or related creative fields.
