About Luxe Moto:

Luxe Moto is a premium automobile showroom in Aluva, specialising in luxury and high-value vehicles. We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused CRE/Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling customer inquiries, coordinating leads, and providing an exceptional experience to potential buyers of luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles, offers, and services to potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and schedule showroom visits.
• Maintain and update the customer database with lead status and feedback.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer communication and timely follow-ups.
• Assist in post-sale customer engagement and relationship management.
• Ensure all sales documentation and customer details are accurately recorded and organised.
• Represent Luxe Moto’s brand values with a customer-first approach and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales support (automobile industry or luxury retail experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant voice, confident personality, and persuasive communication style.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
• Fast learner, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Dedicated and professional with strong attention to detail.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
