As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary objective is to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for regular communication with clients to update them on ongoing services, address inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction. Your role will involve managing client retention and expanding business opportunities with existing clients. Your responsibilities will include effectively managing client communication to understand their editorial needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will also focus on cultivating positive relationships with clients to establish long-term partnerships and enhance the client experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the client database with accurate information to facilitate seamless communication and workflow efficiency. A crucial aspect of your role will be implementing a systematic follow-up process to ensure timely responses to client queries, submissions, and feedback. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting client needs and negotiating with clients to secure competitive prices. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Zoology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Forensic Science, Engineering, Arts & Humanities, Commerce, or Management. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, with preference given to female candidates. Knowledge of the research publication industry will be beneficial for this role.
