Job Description:

  • The candidate will attend each complains of the Clients over phone /through toll Free line in 2 languages, English and in regional languages.
  • The Candidate will listen all the queries related with Leads and list all complains in excel sheet only.
  • Co-ordination with the Client and quarry resolving team.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer database and records in the system
  • Service Reminder call to customers as per process
  • Conducting Quality assurance surveys with clients and proving feedbacks to the backend team.
  • Grading the different type of clients to look upon best service to be provided.
  • Possessing excellent knowledge to enhance clients support.
  • Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
  • Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
  • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team and at the same time looking after the reception as to dispatch the daily correspondence, allow and greet the visitors.

Eligibility :

  • The candidate will be female. Bachelor’s degree is required in any field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skill.
  • Knowledge of CRE systems.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
  • Computer skills on Microsoft office is required.
  • Will be soft-spoken but will be excellent on explaining the solutions to the customers making a strong happy customer list .
