The Senior Safety Executive will be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing training to employees on safety practices. The role also involves investigating incidents, preparing safety reports, and collaborating with management to enhance workplace safety. Qualifications Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices Experience in conducting safety audits and investigations Ability to develop and implement effective safety protocols Excellent communication and training skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field Certifications in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are a plus Experience in the construction industry is preferred
