A new digital publication 'Crazy Hollywood' based in Los Angeles, and is looking for a remote Social Media Manager and Video Editor. The successful candidate will create reels and YouTube videos (under 1 minute) focused on Hollywood news, pop culture & lifestyle content while working directly with the founder. Must be perfectly fluent in English and be very knowledgeable about internet pop-culture & Hollywood celebrities. Please do not apply if you're not familiar with Hollywood celebrities. 'Crazy Hollywood' will officially launch in Spring of 2026. We're currently working on the official website, and need someone who is an expert in social media and pop culture. Perfect role for someone who can quickly edit reels & YouTube videos. While the editing will be basic, you must be familiar with editing softwares like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut or similar, along with knowledge of various social platforms and growth strategies. Ideally looking for someone full time, but also open to freelancers based on experience. New graduates with a strong portfolio and passion for Hollywood please apply. For freelancers - this will be a minimum 25 hours of work per week. 40 hours per week for full time candidates. Responsibilities: - Edit daily videos - 3-5 quick compilations/ news videos for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube. - Capitalize on social trends and viral headlines to pitch, produce and edit newsworthy videos. - Schedule posts for various platforms and manage content on various social platforms.
