Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Scrip Business

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month + incentives]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Customer Relationship Executive to manage and grow client relationships in the scrip trading domain, specifically involving RODTEP, ROSCTL, MEIS, SEIS and other DGFT-related incentives. The candidate will act as the key point of contact for exporters, importers, and buyers of duty credit licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with existing clients (exporters/importers).
• Explain and guide clients about RODTEP, ROSCTL, and other scrips.
• Coordinate for scrip purchases/sales, rates, and documentation.
• Follow up with clients for documents like shipping bills, e-BRCs, etc.
• Work closely with the accounts and DGFT liaison teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure timely communication, updates, and resolution of client issues.
• Maintain client database and update CRM software.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails professionally.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in telecalling, client servicing, or scrip trading (preferred).
• Basic understanding of DGFT schemes like RODTEP, ROSCTL, MEIS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional language).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with export clients or duty credit licenses.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve relationship/sales targets.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
