CQA - Vendor Qualification

In this role as a Quality Assurance professional, you will be responsible for the review and approval of Supplier Qualification documents, such as NSQR, VQ Documents, etc., from Raw material / Packing material manufacturers and external service providers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and distributing corporate approved supplier lists, New product tentative approved supplier lists, and Tentative approved supplier lists to all SQAs. - Providing support to site QA for regulatory audits and Customer audits. - Reviewing vendor notifications and coordinating with RA & SCM for further requirements. - Reviewing delist declarations from SCM and coordinating with RA & Site QA teams for further deletion of manufacturers. - Maintaining the tracking system for periodical documents and coordinating with SCM to ensure documents are obtained as per SOP timelines and further reviewed. - Ensuring vendors" regulatory compliance and evaluating vendors in case of regulatory audit failures. - Assessing the introduction of new suppliers and coordinating the related activities. - Ensuring Change controls are raised where necessary, assessing impact, obtaining approvals, and maintaining Change control log books and review histories for all documents. Additionally, you will work towards harmonizing suppliers for the entire API division in coordination with SCM & SQAs. You will also be responsible for conducting training for employees on SOP and other Quality systems, monitoring the implementation of established procedures across sites, and handling document control activities and distribution to user departments.
