Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Jewellery
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build strong client relationships, manage customer experiences, and ensure long-term loyalty in the jewellery segment. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to understand luxury customer needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential jewellery clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs, collections, and customization options.
- Coordinate with the sales and design team to deliver personalized jewellery experiences.
- Manage client follow-ups, special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays), and gifting suggestions to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Ensure a premium buying experience in line with the brand’s luxury standards.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
