1. Develop and implement departmental academic strategy in line with institutional goals.
2. Supervise curriculum design, development, and continuous upgradation to reflect industry and research trends.
3. Promote innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, and case-based pedagogy.
4. Ensure quality teaching and learning outcomes through regular monitoring and feedback.
5. Encourage and support faculty and students in research & publications
6 Oversee academic advising, mentoring, and student welfare activities.
7. Ensure effective conduct of internships, projects, placements, and career development programs.
8. Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences for student enrichment.
9. Build strong linkages with industry for guest lectures, live projects, consultancy, and placements.
10. Initiate executive development programs, MDPs, and FDPs.
11. Represent the department in professional forums, community outreach, and industry associations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
