Duties

• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Analyze market trends to optimize stock levels and improve sales performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Utilize visual design principles to create appealing product displays that attract customers.
• Maintain organized records of inventory counts, discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Work closely with the retail sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
• Assist in training new staff members on inventory processes and customer service protocols.

Skills
