Job Title: Counter Sales Executive (Jewellery) Department: Retail Sales / Showroom Sales Location: Kolkata Industry: Jewellery / Luxury Retail Job Summary: We are seeking a Counter Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The role involves direct interaction with walk-in customers, showcasing jewellery collections, providing expert advice, and ensuring a superior buying experience. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand’s image of trust and luxury. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom. Product Presentation: Show and explain jewellery pieces to customers, highlighting designs, craftsmanship, purity, and pricing. Sales Conversion: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery options to meet their needs and preferences. Billing and Documentation: Assist in billing, invoicing, and maintaining sales documentation as required. Stock Handling: Maintain display arrangements, ensure cleanliness of the counter, and assist with stock replenishment. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Customer Relationships: Build rapport with customers for repeat business and referrals. After-Sales Support: Handle basic queries, exchanges, or minor service requests related to sold products. Key Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail sales , preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or branded showrooms. Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
