Job Summary:

We are seeking a Counter Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The role involves direct interaction with walk-in customers, showcasing jewellery collections, providing expert advice, and ensuring a superior buying experience. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand’s image of trust and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Product Presentation: Show and explain jewellery pieces to customers, highlighting designs, craftsmanship, purity, and pricing.
• Sales Conversion: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery options to meet their needs and preferences.
• Billing and Documentation: Assist in billing, invoicing, and maintaining sales documentation as required.
• Stock Handling: Maintain display arrangements, ensure cleanliness of the counter, and assist with stock replenishment.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Customer Relationships: Build rapport with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• After-Sales Support: Handle basic queries, exchanges, or minor service requests related to sold products.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or branded showrooms.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Skills Required:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant appearance and professional behavior
• Customer-focused with convincing ability
• Basic understanding of jewellery (purity, weight, stone settings, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of local language(s) along with Hindi/English is desirable

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
