Counter Sales Executive (Jewellery Sector)

As a Jewelry Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to warmly greet customers and help them choose jewelry that suits their preferences and occasions. You will be expected to provide accurate information regarding various jewelry pieces, including gold, diamond, and other options, covering their features, pricing details, and care instructions. Maintaining the cleanliness and attractive display of the jewelry counters will also be part of your duties. Your experience in counter sales within the jewelry industry will be crucial in effectively meeting the needs of customers. Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, and knowledge of current jewelry trends are essential for success in this role. While prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is preferred, we welcome applications from freshers as well. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in counter sales and jewelry sales. The work location will be in person, providing you with an opportunity to interact directly with customers and showcase your expertise in the jewelry industry.,
