About the Company

Hanuman Silk Creation is engaged in the saree and textile business. We are looking for motivated Field Sales Executives to develop customer relationships, increase sales and expand our business network.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit saree retailers, textile shops, wholesalers and potential business customers.
• Identify new customers and generate sales leads in assigned markets.
• Present saree collections, designs, product details and wholesale pricing to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Collect customer requirements, communicate orders to the office and coordinate timely order processing.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, customer inquiries and outstanding payments as authorised by the Company.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales and market feedback.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, orders and follow-ups using the Company's designated systems.
• Represent Hanuman Silk Creation professionally in the market.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Experience in field sales, saree sales, textile wholesale, garment sales or FMCG sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to travel to local markets and customer locations.
• Kannada and Hindi communication skills preferred; basic English is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn about saree designs and textile products.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and regular customer follow-ups.

Salary & Compensation

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and suitability.
• Sales incentives, if applicable, will be explained during the interview.
• Local travel requirements and reimbursement policy will be explained during the hiring process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
