Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Attend to customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
Explain products, features, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
Generate sales by effectively communicating product benefits and upselling/cross-selling.
Handle customer queries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders as required.
Maintain proper records of daily sales, stock, and customer details.
Coordinate with the inventory/store team to ensure product availability.
Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.
Handle cash/card/UPI payments and ensure accurate billing.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the counter/display area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
