Job Description

Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide exceptional customer service. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, or digital payments. Maintain product knowledge and provide information about promotions and new arrivals. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and upselling. Ensure that the sales counter and display areas are organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner. Manage stock levels and replenish inventory when needed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter and surrounding areas. Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
