We are actively expanding our centers and looking to add innovative, career focused, growth oriented individuals to our team.
Responsibilies
● Guide and counsel prospective students and parents about courses and design career opportunities.
● Handle queries and concerns to successfully convert enquiries into admissions.
● Make follow-up calls and encourage walk-ins or online counselling sessions via Zoom/Google Meet.
● Interact with students, parents, and faculty to ensure smooth delivery of academic schedules.
● Track student attendance, test marks, and academic progress; provide feedback to students and parents.
● Assist in day-to-day center administration and maintain accurate academic and admission records.
● Participate in marketing activities, workshops, and promotional events as required
Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)
- Good English Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good at working in a Team
- Strong focus on Customer Service
- Strong interest in providing guidance & education
Location -Andheri
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
