• Guide clients in selecting the appropriate visa type based on their purpose of travel, destination country, and personal profile.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation needs.
• Assist clients in understanding the step-by-step visa process, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure timely submission of documents and preparation for interviews or appointments.
• Maintain updated knowledge of embassy guidelines, immigration policies, and changes in visa rules across multiple countries.
• Provide personalized support and counseling to clients facing challenges such as visa rejections, delays, or compliance concerns.
• Record client interactions and maintain accurate files in the CRM system for ongoing case tracking and service quality improvement.
