Counsellor & Wellness Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students on academic, behavioural, emotional, and social matters.
• Identify students with special needs, learning difficulties, or behavioural concerns and provide appropriate support or referrals.
• Conduct wellness classes focusing on life skills, mental health awareness, stress management, and emotional well-being.
• Maintain student records, counselling reports, and case histories with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to create supportive learning environments.
• Organise workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on mental health and wellness.
• Support the school’s Child Protection Committee and implement CBSE guidelines related to safety and well-being.
• Assist in career guidance and orientation programs when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
