Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counsellor (Study Abroad / Immigration) located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Counsellor will be responsible for assisting clients through the entire process of studying or immigrating abroad. This includes providing detailed information on study opportunities, visa requirements, and immigration rules, helping clients gather and submit necessary documentation, and offering continuous support and guidance throughout the application process. The Counsellor will ensure each client receives tailored advice and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Social Sciences, or related field).
• 2–3 years of experience in counselling, immigration, or education consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of international study systems and visa requirements.
• Organized, ethical, and client-focused.
