- Provide guidance and support to students in academic, personal, and career-related matters
- Conduct counseling sessions, workshops, and group activities
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote student success
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with care
*Requirements:*
- Graduate in any discipline (freshers welcome, but experience is a plus)
- Relevant experience in counseling or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
