Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Counselling Psychologist to support students facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, stress, and exam pressure. The role involves conducting counselling sessions, providing emotional support, and guiding students to prepare effectively for their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students.
• Help students manage anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges.
• Provide guidance on study planning and time management.
• Create a safe and confidential environment for students to express themselves.
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure holistic student well-being.
• Maintain records of counselling sessions and progress.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working with students or young adults.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and ability to handle sensitive situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
