POST : COSTING OFFICER OF MANUFACTURING SECTOR

QUALIFICATION : DME, BE MECHANICAL, MBA, ICWAI (COST ACCOUNTANT)

EXPERIENCE : MINIMUM 2 YEARS REQUIRED IN RELEVANT FIELD

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• The Costing Executive collaborates closely with finance, production, and procurement teams to analyse costs, set pricing strategies, and maximize profitability.
• By providing valuable insights into cost structures and financial performance, this role significantly influences strategic decision-making and goal achievement within the company.
• Key challenges in this role include navigating complex cost data, optimising cost allocation methods, and adapting to changing market dynamics to maintain competitiveness.
• Stakeholders the Costing Executive interacts with include senior management, finance teams, production managers, and external auditors, highlighting the role’s importance in the organizational structure.
• Success in this role is measured by various KPIs such as cost reduction percentages, variance analysis accuracy, profitability margins, and contribution to overall financial targets.
