Work Experience: 3 Years Work Location: Chennai Relevant Experience: Direct/Indirect Costing/NPD Notiece Period: 30 days Cost Estimation of new development Parts to customers. • Fixing of Stroke cost for press machines & hour rate cost for various CNC machines being used for production to suppliers. • Review & finalization of child parts price to suppliers. • Revision of sales price to customers based on raw material cost/process cost/scrap cost fluctuations in the market. • Making Report about Total Purchase & Sales Target vs. Actual. • Estimation of Tool cost for new product development items and engineering order change items. • Estimation of Adhoc Prices for New Products development items. • Cost estimation of Indirect items which is used in Manufacturing. • Fixing of timing plan to suppliers for NPD items. • Estimation of Retrospective amounts from customers from the sales price revision period. • Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of materials & identifying alternative grade raw materials in the market at the lowest price. • Continuous monitoring of Exchange rate fluctuations on CKD raw material purchases. • Bank Guarantee works for advance payment for the foreign supplier. • Monitoring on the shipping side for Customs Clearance / CEPA Works. • Controlling of records such as BPA / POs / BOEs / EOCs / CEPA / EPCG records. • TS / ISO audit-related documents review and updating.
