This position requires above average computer skills and a high-level of confidentiality and discretion. Job Duties/Essential Functions: Acts as liaison between IT employees and Payroll/HR. Maintains accurate and organized files and documentation. Handles various administrative tasks within the division including org charts, seating charts, mail distribution, ordering/stocking supplies, catering, presentations, and other google docs, reports/analysis/audits, etc. Assists in maintaining executive and department calendars, arranging travel, time off, and expenses. Cross-trains with other IT Admins and provides coverage during vacation, illness, etc. Maintains and is responsible for a department corporate credit card, including purchases, maintaining documentation, balancing monthly statements, and providing documentation as needed. Assists with special projects as workload allows. Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location. Previous Administrative Assistant experience. Proficient skills in Google applications, phone system, and other IT applications. Team player, e.g. reliable, dependable, meets deadlines, keeps their word, and provides consistent quality work. Flexibility in scheduling in order to meet the needs of the business. Willingness to help with other designated tasks as needed. Proven ability to successfully function with minimal supervision. Recommended: Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt under pressure with constantly changing priorities. Ability to take initiative and make reasonable and logical decisions. Payroll experience preferred. Ability to recognize issues/problems and proactively seek solutions. Successful internal candidates will have spent one year or more on their current team.
