Software Engineer 2a, International eCommerce

Role Overview: As a Software Developer at Costco Wholesale India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical roles to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise. Your role will involve participating in design sessions and leading ongoing development efforts on various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Execute against project plans and deliver assignments within scope, schedule, and budget. - Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. - Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents. - Provide implementation expertise contributing to rollback, post install, data migration, and other artifacts as required. - Troubleshoot and solve code level problems efficiently and accurately. - Create automated unit and integration tests in local environments after code development. - Provide specific, relevant reporting for stakeholders in support of root cause analysis on critical issues. - Mentor and share knowledge across the International eCommerce Department. - Lead/participate in Daily Scrum meetings. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding and working experience with Git flows, branching strategy, etc. - Experience with various code management and continuous integration tools like Bamboo, Bitbucket, Data Center, etc. - Hands-on knowledge of configuring, installing, and using SAP Commerce/Hybris versions. - Hands-on experience with Hybris tools including Backoffice, Hybris Administration Console, Import Cockpit, and Product Cockpit functions. - Proficient in Hybris foundational concepts with knowledge of Data Architecture, creating new Data models with Hybris, Data exchange, and Inbound/Outbound integrations. - Knowledge of Kubernetes Microservice architecture and setting up automated services. - Extensive implementation knowledge of Software Design on SAP Commerce OOTB and Custom components. - Proficient SQL database experience. - Experience with SDLC in an Agile environment.
