Product Owner 4 - Order Management / Ecommerce

In this role as a Product Owner 4 at Costco Wholesale India, you will play a crucial role in defining, guiding, and championing the products that power the multi-billion-dollar eCommerce business of Costco GDX Order Management team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product Managers and technology stakeholders to strategically align the product backlog with the overall product vision and strategy, prioritizing product features, defining the minimum viable product (MVP), translating IT and business OKRs into actionable sprint goals, creating user stories, leading end-to-end delivery, driving cross-team collaboration, facilitating scrum meetings, working with the Product Engineering team, overseeing business demos and user acceptance testing activities, and serving as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding product capabilities. You will need to maintain regular and reliable workplace attendance at the assigned location. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12+ years of experience - Minimum 10+ years of experience as a technical Product Owner, preferably in a retail environment - Minimum 5+ years of experience working with eCommerce systems - Minimum 10+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, ADO, JIRA) - Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering projects involving multiple teams, departments, and business stakeholders - Deep technical expertise in microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms - Strong analytical skills - Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills - Proficient in user story creation and defining success criteria - Expertise in utilizing standard documentation tools/utilities - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge and experience with Order Management Systems - Knowledge of SOX, PII, PCI, CCPA, HIPAA regulations for transactions, security, and confidentiality - Proven experience in defining and managing OKRs to drive strategic outcomes Must Have Skills: - Order Management Systems - SOX / PII / PCI / CCPA / HIPAA compliance - OKR management,
