Cost Estimator and Quantity Surveyor

As a Cost Estimator, your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates for building works, renovations, and fit-outs. You will analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to create estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor. Working closely with project managers, architects, and engineers, you will refine project budgets and assist in tender preparation and evaluation. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring project costs against estimates and providing regular reports.
