Job Summary

The Cost Control & Monitoring Executive will be responsible for monitoring project costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring financial control across multiple projects. The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills to help management keep projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets in coordination with the finance and project teams.
• Monitor actual costs against budgets and analyze variances.
• Maintain cost control systems and financial records for all projects.
• Prepare monthly cost reports for management review.
• Support project managers with cost forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Recommend cost optimization measures where applicable.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control or project finance roles.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of project cost control tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
